The Content Library is a powerful new feature that allows organizations to save and access the Paths and Steps they use most often. Instead of starting from scratch each time, admins can now draw from a centralized library of reusable content.
For example, a commonly used new patient onboarding Path can be stored once in the library and easily deployed whenever it’s needed. The same is true for individual Steps—such as frequently used videos, images, or even web-embed elements like a calendar booking tool. These pieces of content can now be saved in one place and dropped into a new Path at any time.
The Content Library streamlines the process of building and customizing Paths, cutting down on repeated work and freeing organizations to focus on what matters most: serving their clients and patients.
